Thoughtful Design Meets Everyday Luxury

From the start, our goal was clear: create a space that feels elegant, warm, and functional — while elevating daily routines into moments of comfort and ease. To achieve this, we focused on:

• Refined Aesthetic: Thoughtfully chosen fixtures, finishes and lighting evoke a timeless and welcoming feel.

• Smart Functionality: Enhanced layout and built-in features promote ease of use and flow, especially for morning and evening routines.

• Boutique Hotel Style: Details like floating vanities, recessed LED accents, and low-voltage dimmable lighting give this space a serene, elevated atmosphere.

• Quality Materials: Durable, high-end selections throughout ensure the space not only looks exceptional but will stand the test of time.

Highlights from the Remodel

A More Inviting Layout

We opened up the bathroom layout where possible and refreshed fixture locations to improve functionality without losing sight of elegant design.

Heated Floors — A Midwest Essential

Especially in cooler months, heated tile floors bring everyday luxury — easing those chilly morning routines with comfort you feel.

Spa-Like Shower Experience

The upgraded shower combines rainfall and handheld features for a customizable experience, turning everyday showers into spa-like escapes.

Smart Lighting & Comfort Features

From humidity-sensing switches that regulate air quality to LED niche lighting and integrated mirror lights, every detail enhances the ambiance and usability of the space.

The Finished Space

Thoughtful design, quality execution, and purposeful detail can transform a once outdated primary bathroom into a refined, livable retreat. Each image showcases not just a room, but a renewed experience — one that prioritizes comfort, aesthetics, and daily enjoyment.

If you’re considering your own bathroom refresh or broader home transformation, we’d love to help bring your vision into focus. Contact us to start the conversation.

We worked closely with our clients to open the layout, refresh leaking fixtures with contemporary options and integrate smart, energy-saving features. Heated tile floors in the Midwest are a essential feature. Nothing eases you into the early mornings like a warm footing and the sparkle of mosaic tile, gently washed with light.

The new primary bathroom design features a unique shower experience that elevates relaxation to a spa-like level. With the addition of a hand shower that runs in tandem and independently from the rainfall shower head, our clients can enjoy a customizable shower experience tailored to their preferences.

Humidity-sensing switches mitigate excess moisture in the air, running the exhaust fan as needed to maintain proper interior air quality.

Niche recessed LED strip lighting provides a just the right sparkle of light to your favorite spa masks, scrubs and calming oils. Small elements of luxury brighten every day.

The current bathroom has served its purpose but no longer meets the needs and expectations of our clients, both in terms of design and functionality. Our clients have expressed a desire for a fresh, luxurious, and more efficient space that not only complements their lifestyle but also enhances their daily routines.
