We worked closely with our clients to open the layout, refresh leaking fixtures with contemporary options and integrate smart, energy-saving features. Heated tile floors in the Midwest are a essential feature. Nothing eases you into the early mornings like a warm footing and the sparkle of mosaic tile, gently washed with light.

The new primary bathroom design features a unique shower experience that elevates relaxation to a spa-like level. With the addition of a hand shower that runs in tandem and independently from the rainfall shower head, our clients can enjoy a customizable shower experience tailored to their preferences.

Humidity-sensing switches mitigate excess moisture in the air, running the exhaust fan as needed to maintain proper interior air quality.

Niche recessed LED strip lighting provides a just the right sparkle of light to your favorite spa masks, scrubs and calming oils. Small elements of luxury brighten every day.

Low-voltage lighting throughout the space on dimmers allow for any mood. Integrated ring lighting on each mirror casts even fill light for makeup application while recessed niche LED strip lighting casts a warm sparkle for evening decompression soaks in the floating tub.

The current bathroom has served its purpose but no longer meets the needs and expectations of our clients, both in terms of design and functionality. Our clients have expressed a desire for a fresh, luxurious, and more efficient space that not only complements their lifestyle but also enhances their daily routines.
